What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. left clicking does, say and display anything
2. right clicking instanly repair without first telling about the cost
3. Without using permissions mods nobody but OP can use the plugin, not allowed

Delete problem 1 and 2, I forgot to disable the other addon the second time I was testing.

Still can't manage to give normal users the permission to repair items without using a permission manager, that I'm unwilling to use.

It says "you do not have permission to repair items!".

The plugin.yml file in the jar folder:
