updated ALL code (200 lines fewer :D) added commands /cd addglobal <spawn:safe:unsafe:shop> <name> /cd removeglobal <name> and /cd all This command removes a specific global location from in game w/o editing opening config The other command adds a specific global location type w/o opening config /cd all lists all pending location tells. changed config layout fixed bugs

fixed issue with asking offline players to accept locations fixed decline issue moved requests from separate file to array-list

This means when server restarts, requests are lost(can resend them... helps with ram issues sometimes...depends on server size and invite volume)
