added command /cd activate fixed minor nether issues updated help screen with pages(/help 1,2...) updated consol output lines and color corrections

fixed issue with asking offline players to accept locations fixed decline issue moved requests from separate file to array-list

This means when server restarts, requests are lost(can resend them... helps with ram issues sometimes...depends on server size and invite volume)
