CommandSign
This is a Simple plugin where you can make a player run a command on a sign from console, it will run even if they don't have permission.
Permissions:
Create a Sign - CommandSigns.create
use a Sign - CommandSigns.use
Usage:
Line 1: [Command] or [Cmd]
Line 2: Command to run (without slash)
Line 3: argument 3 (for long commands)
Line 4: argument 4 (for long commands)
Example
Line 1: [Command]
Line 2: say This is a
Line 3: cool plugin
Line 4: for your server
Note: Do not include spaces at the start of new lines, the plugin will automagically do this for you

Hi :) Why would you need to? Basically, what the plugin does, is run a command just a you would normall type in a command :P So if the player doesn't have permission to use the command normally (by typing it) then it won't let them use it via a sign, either.

Posted Jun 9, 2013i can create a sign, but i cant use one, and other players on lower rang also cant use them, and i did put the permission in to the permissoins.yml sorry for my bad english

I'll probably add this feature in soon, along with many other parameters.
For example, {name} will get the players name - {world} will get their world etc.

This plugin was coded as a request and served its only purpose but I decided to release it anyway, if you read down I am recoding it and it will have better functionality. To fix your issue your should should look like this: Line 1:[Command] Line 2:Rules Line 3:Empty Line 4:Empty

Well, if your on 1.3 i think or 1.4 (i cant remember) you could use redstone with a command block maybe. Or just pm the Author, CiaranSmith, for details.
