Delete your current configfile OR Add this line to the file (Blockall: false)

New Commands:
+ /cr blockall | Will toggle to block every command when turned on even if the command is added to the allowed commands list.

New Permission:
+ commandremove.blockall | Will allow you to toggle the (/cr blockall) command on and off.

New Config File:
+ Added (Blockall: false) setting to always block all commands when server starts can be toggled in game with (/cr blockall).

No known problems with any other plugins.
