• Fixed when people are vanished and a player joins after they vanish they can see vanished player
• Renamed /ask to /tpa (including permissions)

• Renamed "CommandBin" in messages to "CMDBin" to make the line shorter
• Anybody who has CommandBin.spy will auto have Spy Enabled on join
