Bukkit

• Added /hell (Sets all entities, including players, on fire until they die, unless theyre in water)

• Added more time arguments (dawn, dusk, lock) (Yes, /time lock - lock time!) (Note: This may cause your server to spazz out about Async tasks, this is temporary and i'll have it fixed for the next update, CommandBin will still continue to run normally)

• Added quakeaxe (Right click on an entity to shoot it into the air) (Its a perm node, not a command)

/time lock is buggy and will crash anybody connected to your server who is not local.

• WIll spam console with errors
• Cannot unlock until server reload
