I'm using the latest version of ClearLagg but the issue has existed for a couple versions.
Even though I have the warning time at 30 and 10, the warning time only shows at 430 and 400, right when ClearLagg just cleared entities.

Have I done something wrong or is this  abug?

The timers work like so:

time:30 = after 30 seconds after the last clearing, or just starting the server, a warning message will be broadcasted.

You probably want time:400, that'll broadcast the warning when there is only 60 seconds left.

So in other words, time: = after how many seconds should the warning appear.
