    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Can you please make a way that when people are on boats and minecart that the item doesn't get delete when someone is on it. It useful when there is nobody on the items but when there is people on a minecart it breaks on them.

    Example: My server has a theme parks with roller coasters and water rides and when people are riding a minecart ClearLagg delete the cart when in use. Please make it on the config to disable mincarts/boats to be deleted when in use by a player Thanks.
