auto-removal wont turn off for the death of me #288

    auto - removal is set to disabled, still works for some reason ... so i enabled it, made it so that it doesnt announce warnings, and set all removal flags to false except for arrows and primed-TNT..  Still, it decides to not only announce warnings, but also clear boats, items, and all flags that are set to false.
    How do i set the damn thing to false so it can never work again!
