    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Use this config: http://pastebin.com/tWiCcfLU
    2. It still broadcasts even after /lagg reload
    3. Restart, same problem

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    That no broadcasts is showing

    What version of the product are you using?
    ClearLag v2.7.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Using Spigot 1.7.9
