Changelog

Fixed some prevailing issues in the chat filter. Some words still do not have full protection and can slip through if the player is clever enough but otherwise the majority of issues have been fixed.

 

Added a new permission CleanChat.GlobalMuteSpeak Which allows the specified players the ability to speak during a global mute. By default all operators have this permission.
