Description

Tired of adding people to your yaml files? So was I, so I created this little plugin.

It provides a basic class system based on ranks, i.e. you have multiple classes that are divided into ranks.
You can allow players to rank themselves up/down or just keep that for yourself, the admins, or another plugin e.g. CommandSigns.

Features

Add users to classes
Rank them up/down inside a Class tree
Enter partial username - works for online users!
Allow players to rank up/down themselves (or even others)
Take fee for rankup
Customize class display colors
Customize playername and world color in messages
Customize classes and ranks by ops

Options

Display class changes in public
Rank in multiple worlds (use all as world)
Require items (reagents) for ranking (since v0.1.3.3)
Require experience for ranking (since v0.2.0)

For version 1.7.x and above

Hey just a slight issues for some reason when i add someone to a class it says they have been added and then when i try to rank them up it says they are not part of a class..

Also if i try to rank myself up it says i don't have enough money ($10) i am using the vault plugin and all that is working fine.

Can we have a configurable message on each rank-up?

So lets say:

player Notch is now a Fighter in the world and unlocked a new item!

New version 0.4.6

- fix issue on Vault Perm Groups

- fix issue onPlayerInteract

- new command /class groups, show the groups for a player

the update is not approval. there must be a update check :(

i think the update ready in a few days.

I am thinking about adding this plugin to our server, but I was wondering if at all possible, in the future, to make the classes compatible with the MagicSpells plugin, because that would be great for Rogue classes, able to learn invisibility, and rank invisibility up, or mage, ranking up the power of his fireballs and lightning, and blink, etc. This is just something to take into consideration, because it is not vital, but it would be a nice improvement to our server, once we get this plugin, because we already have MagicSpells, and it's amazing, but we are turning ours into an RPG, and this would be kind of the pearl in our oyster, if you know what I mean.

I have a problem, every time i try to make a class it says "An international error....". The same as AssRealm. Is there a fail in the plugin. If there is please fix it, this looks like a realy nice plugin.

if you get internal errors, people need to see that error. Check your server.log and upload the error (you will notice what it is, by time and spam ;) ) to www.pastebin.com - paste the link in here :)

On start up, it config gives me

General Settings #
prices: {}
exp: {}
items: {}
classes: {}
cversion: '0320'

Which makes me have no idea on how to go about editing it.

Whenever i type a command ingame such as
/classadmin add class Fighter Warrior Warrior_I &7
It says internal error has occured

is there something i am doing wrong?

I on permissionsex, latest classranks and vault.

I am op and i have permissions
