This focuses on adding functionality to better administrate Citadel in-game.

New Features

- /ctinfo mode now does not break blocks, whether or not the blocks are reinforced.

- New commands:

• /ctdiscipline - Disable a Citadel group
• /ctremediate - Re-enable a Citadel group
• ctcon forcechunkflush - Force a specific chunk cache to save
• ctcon forcechunkunload - Force a specific chunk cache to save and unload from the cache

- New permissions:

• citadel.admin.ctgstats - Use the ctgstats command in-game
• citadel.admin.ctpstats - Use the ctpstats command in-game
• citadel.admin.ctdiscipline - Use the ctdiscipline command in-game
• citadel.admin.ctreprieve - Use the ctremediate command in-game
• citadel.admin.ctinfodetails - See more detailed information when in /ctinfo mode
• citadel.admin.accesssecurable - Access all reinforced containers
• citadel.admin.cttransfer - /cttransfer group ownership without owning the group
• citadel.admin.bypassmode - /ctbypass any reinforcement

Put this in your plugin folder as well.
