What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
It would be greate to have notifcations for our team members if a clock is detected so that they can have a look at it.

Please provide any additional information below.
Players with a specific permission should receive notifications about clocks (please not about each redstone block) so that they can take a look at them. To get this working there should be configurable levels (like 100 activations within the last minute) so that they dont receive false positives.

Also those player should be able to turn this notifications off (its enough if this lasts until the next restart)
