Chocolate
There is a much more advanced plugin located here. It is much more advanced and efficient. Please use this until the plugin gets updated.
At this time, Chocolate cannot stop events. It can only stop commands.Chocolate is a per-world plugin manager. You can use it to enable/disable plugins and commands in each world. You can also turn a world into a Vanilla world where all plugins/commands are blocked!
Command

Posted Dec 29, 2012I have a suggestion would you be able to allow us to define a message when you cant use a command/plugin like instead of the default one you could make it say that the command doesnt exist or something else.

Posted Dec 23, 2012I have been looking for something like this for months. As i have no time to learn how to code Java, i haven't been able to. This plugin would save my life. Please, at least upload it somewhere, even with errors, in an 'alpha' state. This would be epic for what i have in mind, and make server administration much easier.

Posted Dec 16, 2012I currently have a version that allows you to disable entire plugins in a world with /choco <world> <plugin>. I can release that as an alpha. All the other more advanced features will come soon ;)

If you wanted the ability to disable entire plugins for a world, you could use this. For example, I run a game server. I want my Hunger Games plugin to work only in the Hunger Games world, so I can disable it in all other worlds. The Vanilla feature makes it easy to completely disable all commands and plugin in a world. I will remove the /ch alias and just use /choco or /chocolate. Thank you ;)

Also /ch is used for Channel, just be warned. :p
