What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to implement the use of ChestShopUtil or figure out a way
to set minimum prices on items using our current version of CB 1.2.5
and ChestShop 3.42

The main thing I would like to accomplish on my server is to be able
to set a minimum price on items.  There is already support on 3.42
for maximum prices, So I'm wondering if you would know how I
could accomplish this task.
