Revamp of ChestEnforce with many new features:
NOTE: This is BETA stage because there are a lot of new features so don't be surprised to find errors.
WARNING: This version has only been tested on a very very small server so the impact on large servers is unknown at the moment. Please report any issues with lag or anything that you find

1. Option to backup offline player inventory
