First Alpha version with all basis functions working

Fixes

• All listeners work
• No more bugs when running player commands as console

Known Bugs

• Data-file is standard saved in the main folder of server, same as the serverfile.jar
• Right-click on block cancels the action, but doesn't inform the user it's canceled
• When a car is destroyed by natural things or mobs, the saved data of the car stays
• The item Cart Card doesn't show the right name and is stackable with normal paper, creating bugs when done

To Do List

• Need to add configuration
  • ^{For things like time between saves, saved data location, ...}
• Most commands return colored messages, but not all yet, so fix that
• Have to add the ability to allow certain people to open your cart, but not owning it
  • ^{And making it capable with previous versions}
