ChatLib v1.2

• Recompiled to allow IT TO WORK. (I know, two versions so far that don't work)
• Included /tellraw placeholder command. Functions just like vanilla tellraw, there should be no difference
• Slightly optimized, even though it works smooth already

• Actually works this time (wouldn't load on 1.0)
• Added the ability to send a message from raw json directly (sendRawMessage(Player receiver, String json)
• Improved message sender so it can handler lengthy and complex chat message creation
