Fixes:

• Fixed issue where a player could rename a container (chest) to the name of the Settings panel to modify the plugin properties.
• Players that have opened the "/cf settings" panel while they had the permissions to do so will no longer be able to modify the properties when they lose their permissions while having the settings panel open.
