Plugin begun! basic /colour <hex digit> command, /colour random for a random colour whenever you chat. /colour reset to reset to default chat colour.

Only a very basic return messgae when you run a command, /colour followed by more than one character will prefix those characters to the beginning of every message. I'm working on these ASAP
