Bug fixes:

• Not receiving local messages after server has restarted and the player has not reconnected or sent a chat message.
• Exception thrown when attempting to receive local chat messages from a different world.
• Exception thrown when attempting to receive local death messages from a different world.

Optimisation: 

• Better chat colour code formatting.
• Better chat typography code formatting.
