    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Create WG region
    2.Place skull, break skull
    3. non-members of the region can break the skulls, and no core information is left

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Heads being protected by World Guard, or to at least leave evidence that the player broke the skull.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Current version - 1.3.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors are produced
