This is a reload of the original Chairs mod by Spoothie. That plugin was no longer being updated so I have continued it here.
This plugin allows players to sit in chairs (stairs).
Installation
- Drop the Chairs jar file in your plugins directory.
- Setup permissions accordingly.

Corner stairs:
Sign:
Commands & Permissions
chairs.reload
- /chairs reload - Reload the Chairs configuration file.
chairs.sit
- Sit down on chairs.
chairs.sit.health
- If the health sitting effects are enabled then players with this permission node are healed while siting.

Posted Sep 1, 2013Teleporting player home or to spawn on join if his location is invalid fixes this.

Posted Sep 1, 2013For some reason if you have authme installed and quit while sitting, upon login you will be kicked with nope message.
Will try to fix this.
P.S. setting teleport unauthedtospawn to true fixes this problem partially, you will be kicked only 1 time.

Posted Sep 1, 2013I managed to get this partially working on 1.6.2. But still a problem with arrows despawn.
Any ideas on stopping arrows despawn?

Posted Aug 28, 2013For the fun of it I decided to look into what files changed in Bukkit build 2813 (when chairs broke) and took those files from 2812 and put it in the latest version of bukkit. Upon doing so I found that I could now sit without it kicking me and have yet to notice any stability issues. (I will not be distributing it until I know that is 100% stable)
I know its not perfect but its probably better than staying on 2812

Posted Aug 23, 2013I get that the plugin isn't updated for 1.6.2 but would that explain why the .jar file doesn't actually create a folder in plugins? Or a config.yml file? Because I upload the .jar of ChairsReloaded, and then nothing happens at all.

And then make it invisible. if you say "I can't". apply a invisible potion to it. then if possible remove the effects

Posted Aug 19, 2013Hey cnaude, if you was to avoid the Nope error all together. Couldn't you make it so when you sit it teleports you, makes you sit and freezes you into place? and when you shift it unfreezes you and takes away the sitting animation? leaving you standing in a chair but wouldn't it fix?
