Compatibility fix for the breaking change introduced in CB 1.4.5 R0.3 (see ticket)
Backwards compatibility with older CB versions (down to 1.4.2) maintained.
Blocks are now modified only if their material hasn't changed from the beginning of the analysis stage.
worldConstrains misspelling fixed in the config file.
World states moved to "world_states" folder.
Entities and other special items still can't be used.
CB flavors such as MCPC with Forge cannot use the internal configuration file as the default, if a config file is already present on the disk. Whenever plugin updates are applied the config file needs to be manually deleted.
