v1.4 of Category Warps
Hello there. Today I have added a few new things. I added to the config two new toggles. You can now toggle on and off PerWarp and PerCategory Permissions. So now your players don't have to have give permission to all those darn warps. They can now have access to all but just turning off there toggle in the config. I also added a Random to the particles. So now it can randomly pick the players Teleporting Particles.
