What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Multiverse2
2. Create a portal that costs money: player enter event
3. Create a tax all groups would have to pay and an iConomy account where the money goes to. Set your account to $0 and enter the portal that costs money, then wait until you'd have to pay tax. Instead, you will find your account $0 and not -$xxxx.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to pay no tax because I have less than $0
