CallMyPets 1.9 beta for CraftBukkit 1.8 and higher

What's new

• calllastpet command is now stably running
• added config setting (calllastpet) for stability reasons which should make the server run more smoothly if it's not enabled. If you want to change this setting you'll have to restart the server. I made it run this way for stability reasons as well.

Known bugs that will be fixed

• There's apparently nothing. Yay!
