What's new

• changed into CallMyPets
• CallMyHorses command
• CountMyHorses command
• Permissions for them
• added config

Known exceptions that will be fixed

• Permission CallMyPets.callmyhorses not included in CallMyPets.* (gets fixed in 1.6.1)
• config.yml not generating the right way (gets fixed in 1.6.1 too)
