1.8 Updated to use BARAPI

• integration with BARAPI for bossbar thirst level

*ONLY USE THIS VERSION IF YOU HAVE BARAPI INSTALLED** Using it without bar api will cause lots of console errors, it will still work though

Both are issues from BARAPI and 1.8 not thirst

using this version without BARAPI installed will cause a lot of console errors
