    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Place a End Rod on a slime block attached to a piston
    2. Turn the piston on and off
    3. The end rod will move (expected) but will also drop as an item
    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*
    The end rod should move but not drop an item
    What version of the product are you using?
    v0.2.0
    Other info
    The bug only occurs for end rods placed above a slime block. Orientation of the end rod does not seem to matter.
