Moving blocks disapear on server reload #3

    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    1. Create the pulsar shown [[http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/bukkitcraft/images/3-super-simple-pulsar/|here]]
    2. Restart the server (full stop and start or just /reload)

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The redstone torch disappears. The redstone torch should still be there and the piston should continue to pulse.

    What version of the product are you using? version 0.1.0
