I have never seen a jail plugin that allowed other users to be able to bail people out of jail. If I jail a player I could do something like /jail (player) (time) (bailcost) and another user could pay that jail cost by typing /bailout (player) (amount) and if they pay that amount then the player could get bailed out of jail. people who are jailed can also pay their own bail, to bail themselves out of jail. Or I could allow no bail. And for players to quarry about how much the bail is they could type /bailcost (player) to see how much that player's bail costs are.

I consider jail the most least sever way to punish. Its not as bad as kicking, muting, or banning, (although people still make a big deal out of it just because its still punishment) because I am at least allowing them to still play on the server with no threat of denying them to enjoy the server still at the same time. They can still chat, they can still play on it (sort of at least), and the kicking is mere warning--a threat of banning. So jail should have some flexibility.
