Bukkit

    - Plans can now have names if you enter it in the 2nd line of the sign, and the height needs to be specified on the 3rd line.
    - Items can no longer spawn in the planning areas, don't drop your items!
    - Config option for invincible floor
    - Config option for if you can specify size from sign setup.
    - FIX: Plans now count beds and doors correctly.
    - FIX: Attachable items got detached when plan was committed, it now removes attachable items first.
    - FIX: Height of the area was purely the height of fences and not the calculation or sign value.
    - FIX: Double step didn't place correctly from chest.

Since this is an early version, I expect there to be many bugs and so forth, so don't run on a real server without testing. There is currently no configuration or nice to haves. Give me feedback for what you want so I can make it happen
