• Add /baextend command which takes all blocks placed since the last time you ran /bastart and extends them upwards one block (deducting them from your inventory if not in creative mode)
• Add /bastart which resets what blocks it is tracking.

Doesn't work so well if you want to extend things like torches or levers. Torches seem to do okay, but levers definitely not so much. Probably a bunch of other things. Also slabs... seem to turn into stone. As people like this or not, I can fix bugs and extend functionality.
