Made default value for drop configurable.

config.yml now has the following entry:

defaults:
drop-enabled: false

Drop is set to this value each time Break Fast is enabled. The user can still enable/disable drop using /BreakFastDrop or /bfd

Fixed issue with mineral blocks not dropping minerals when broken.
