Describe to us the issue that you're having:

I use bPermissions and WorldGuard (and others plugins), so I put in my groups.yml the require nods permissions (- group.<name>). But despite that I can not build in region even if the group is in the members of the region.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) Use my config files.
    2) Try to build in WorldGuard Region (e.g. for my config files : ville) with a user who is in a group which have the permission - group.<name> and which is defined like a members of the region (e.g. for my config files : mlpo).

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, I have just a message when I try to build : "You don't have permissions for this area."

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    2.11.2

Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    1.5.2-R1.0

    Which OS?
    Linux/Windows (I test the both)

Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
    WorldGuard (v 5.7.5)

In my links to config files, there is a problem of indentation, this is due to copy-paste to pastebin, in my files there is no problem.
