Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Any permission i setup on another world beyond the main gets over ruled buy the main worlds files. If i do a /permissions reload it fixes it until I or a user logs out, then for that person it goes back to the main worlds permissions set.  both the groups and user files are affected.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Using Myworld plugin and having multiple worlds
2) Setting up permissions for multiple worlds
3) having different permissions for each world, ( allowing mcMMO in one, and not another)
4) doing a /permissions reload in the non default world.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

I think my provider uses windows server with McMyAdmin
Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
I Use MyWorld for the multi world. I also use mcMMO and Essentials. both seem affected and are the only ones I have tested so far.
