Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Whenever I set a users group with the following command "/exec u:myuser a:addgroup v:mygroup" the group is set and it is all okay, until the server is reset. Then the "user" files go back to what they previously were.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Run command /exec u:myuser a:addgroup v:mygroup
2) Restart server
3) Watch as the player is no longer in the set group.
....

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, logs are not created when using "/exec u:myuser a:addgroup v:mygroup"

Plugins are as follows:
Bperms, WorldEdit, NoCheat+, DisguiseCraft, Vault, GriefPrevention, Logblock, Votifier, Essentials, SignShop, ChestShop, Craftbook, Enjin Minecraft Plugin.

You need to do: "/bp save" After modifying permissions ingame via command if you want them to carry over.
