Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Whenever I try to find a tutorial to set up bPermissions, it's all for windows. Since I use a mac, I am really confused. Instead of there being a "worlds" folder, there is a folder for each world inside the bPermissions folder. Each one of those folders has users.yml and groups.yml. What do I do?

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1)Get a mac or use bootcamp
2)Download bPermissions
3)Realize there is no "worlds" folder
....

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, as this is not a problem while it's running in-game, it's a matter of how it downloads on a mac.

Currently not using a version, however I tried downloading it earlier.

That is entirely correct. The "worlds" folders the tutorials speak of are the world folders you're seeing :)
