Describe to us the issue that you're having:
I have been unable to promote and demote players without receiving error messages, and have got internal server error messages when using any type of bpermissions command on the 1.4.6 dev build. Also bChatManager hasn't been updated. Someone needs to contact the owner of the plguin.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, but what I have stated basically sums it up and you should know what I'm talking about.

Which OS?
Windows
Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
Most plugins won't work with bPerms (Essentials, WorldGuard, WorldEdit, etc.)
