Describe to us the issue that you're having:
I'm trying to give certain groups worldguard permissions mainly teleport but it wont give them the ability. im using the correct nodes from the official site but no luck

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1)give them worldguard.region.teleport.*

....

dont know, using nitrous networks to manage server on tekkit
Which OS?
windows 7

plugin list
world edit, bperm, backups
also a tekkit mod

also only the ops are gettin any permissions, even tho the no op permissions is true.

nodes work on op but noone else
