Describe to us the issue that you're having:

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Going to servername\plugins\bPermissions\World\Groups.yml
2) Editing the file
3)
....

Do you have an error log of what happened? Not that I know of. I'll check though.

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: 2.9.8

Which version of CraftBukkit?: Craft Bukkit Version R0.2 for Minecraft 1.4.2

Which OS? Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):

Essentials
bPermissions

The server was a test server. I have been trying to get a fix for this problem for a whole weekend. I have seen other issues with similar problems BUT
none of them gave a fix in the comments. Leaving me to make one of these. I am not sure what is causing the problem. I have uploaded my group.yml to pastie.
