Describe to us the issue that you're having:
My console Hangs at the dinosaur image nothing displays after it no chat logging or plugin messages even after a few hours. Codename said some thing about large files.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) I just started my server one day and it was doing this. Not really sure not helpful I know.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nothing out of the normal just the hanging

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
v2.9.18c

Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)

That's what I need, I can't fix anything without the bPermissions folder.

This may sound like a stupid question and it no doubt is but did you try loading it with the map names I have? rather than just World as i have minecraft and minecraft_nether

Maybe its some kind of plugin conflict short of dumping my plugins folder and stripping all the mysql passwords Im not sure how I can help you more :(

I have however found that if i type Help into the console view and run it. It unjams the console view and every thing runs normal from there with no issues or side effects,

Hell every thing may work perfectly fine if I make a copy of my server on my machine it could be just the Webpage Console view getting jammed because of some Char in the dinosaur image. I am currently With Beastnode as my host Using their Old GameCp and not multicraft that they now put new users on.

Just upgraded my bpermissions build And the issue seems to be Fixed thank you! :D
