Describe to us the issue that you're having:
When ever I update the permissions, and reload the server, the permissions aren't exactly saved.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Add a permission node.
2) Save the permissions file onto server.
3) Reload the server
4) Open the groups.yml file
5) The permissions mode is not there anymore!

Do you have an error log of what happened?

VPS Server - VPS
Computer - Mac
