Hello,

I just love bPermissions, thank you! I recently started using the tracks feature. It is working perfectly for promotions/demotions but I was wondering if there is a way to notify the user that they have been promoted. If so, what would that line look like in the config?

Also, when I do a /permissions reload it reloads the permissions but changes to the tracks.yml do not take effect until I do a server reboot. Am I doing something wrong there?
