I currently have an "odd" setup because of the way my Bukkit to Forum bridge works. I absolutely need to have two groups (Admin & Citizen) for a single user who needs Admin permissions. With the latest update (it appears), for example, that negated nodes in Citizen, is used instead of the positive node in Admin when both groups are applied.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:

Having this problem when testing PreciousStones and CommandsEX.

It also appears bPermissions is ignoring when permissions are defaulted to be available to OPs. It appears you need to add permissions even as an OP (and when the plugin actually sets an available to allow OPs).
