Changelog

BountyPlus table initialization fix and plugin name change. UPDATE
There was a small issue with initializing the SQL table. It has now been fixed.
I also changed the plugin name from "Bounty" to "BountyPlus". You may have to delete the old plugin and put this one in. The file name of the config folder will be changed. All you have to do is copy and paste the config.yml into the new folder.
