I apologize earlier I submitted a version that still had a few bugs in it but this is the submission that has been updated with the fixes and is ready for deployment. 

The fixes changed from the previous version to this one include:

Bug 1: Doesn't refund if you cancel bounty using the remove command

Bug 2: Doesn't remove night vision effect from hunter when you remove a bounty using the command

Bug 3: Hunter stays in hunter mode if the bounty is removed by the person that posted bounty

Bug 4: Spyglass stays in inventory after hunter is no longer in hunter mode
